Last month, we were stoked to learn that the seventh season of “The Vampire Diaries” would introduce the series’ first same-sex couple, a pair of lady vamps named Nora and Mary Louise. “I’ve pitched everything. We’ll see what happened”. Teaming up with girlfriend Nora and heretic cohort Valerie to wreak havoc, Mary Louise has a strong point of view which she isn’t afraid to express, with equally strong magic. Variety reports the character of Nora (Bryne) is tomboyish, has a sly sense of humor and possesses potent magic.
Teressa Liane will be playing the third main heretic Mary Louise, who’s the most girl and feisty of the three newbies.
During the panel presentation of “The Vampire Diaries” at the just-concluded ComicCon 2015, the main cast of characters admitted that the departure of Nina Dobrev as Elena Gilbert has drastically altered the course of the series.
The Most unsafe Villains Yet?
The Heretics are heading to Mystic Falls to cause a world of trouble in the next season of The Vampire Diaries. Cast out of the coven, the Heretics were then turned into vamps by Lily sometime before 1903, enabling them to extrapolate from the magic that gave them their immortality. But they’ve made their way back to the present thanks to Lily and the now-deceased, Kai. Valerie has a hard time adjusting to life in Mystic Falls and is opposed to the pacifist instructions Lily (Annie Wersching) has given to the heretics.
Together, these two are obviously going to be a fierce force. The actor showed his fans that he booked the gig by posting a picture of his Season 7 premiere script on Twitter.
“The Vampire Diaries” executive producer Julie Plec recently revealed that Stefan and Caroline’s budding romance will have plenty of “unexpected twists and turns”, reveals Entertainment Weekly.
