The Imperial City expansion will also introduce a new currency, called the Tel Var Stones. For now, check out the trailer for the Imperial City DLC pack.
It turns out the city itself has been overrun by Molag Bal, and players entering the area will be tasked with defeating the Daedric forces-and each other. Players will also be to traverse the Imperial sewers in search of new loot and quests.
The first DLC pack for The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited will be released from the end of August. These include The Imperial Prison and The White-Gold Tower. But be on your guard-enemy Alliance members lurk around every corner throughout the Imperial Districts and Sewers.
Six new imperial districts will be included, with additional dungeons, quests, enemies, characters, a new currency for Veteran Rank 16 weapons and an armoury of new weapons. Or you can start helping out your faction in PvP for a while, they could probably use the help. A new race of enemies, the Xivkyn, will wander about the Imperial City looking for a fight.
It’ll be available as part of an ESO Plus membership or can be purchase from the Crown Store for 2,500 Crowns.
All sorts of rewards are promised, such as Veteran Rank 16 armor sets, as well as quite a few other goodies.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Elder Scrolls Online without some new pets, mounts, costumes, and polymorphs, of which there’s plenty to be found in the new content.
A new base game patch will also hit at the same time, which will be available for free to all TESO players regardless of whether or not they own the DLC.
