The Ace Combat series is known for bringing realistic plane/jet battles to the controllers of gamers, all the while making it look and sound as if you’re in the cockpit of one of these blistering fast machines. Now, Bandai Namco has revealed that Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown will be coming to Xbox One and PC via STEAM®. This is in addition to it coming to PS4 as well.
Developed by Project Aces, Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown applies the latest evolution of its graphics engine with consoles and PCs to create immersive aerial battlefields for players to fly through and engage in powerful dogfights in. The world features fully rendered clouds that fill the skies while highly detailed cityscapes enhance the sense of supersonic speed. All of which sets the stage for highly exhilarating aerial battles.
Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown will provide an arsenal of ultra-modern and near-future super weapons for players to wield. But also, it’ll bring you formidable enemies for you to take on and vanquish in the skies you call yours. If the campaign mode isn’t giving you enough thrills, you can take your dogfighting skills online for furious multiplayer battles.
“We’re excited to announce our plans to bring the battle for air superiority in Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown to Xbox One and STEAM,” said Eric Hartness, Vice President of Marketing at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. “With over 20 years of franchise history; Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown continues to deliver authentic yet accessible flight combat action to gamers around the world.
